Please select one of the following for each attendee:
- Seafood - Grilled fillet of salmon with pomegranate syrup & organic seared King Oscar mushrooms on a jasmine rice pillow
- Beef - Herb roasted prime rib of beef with apple horseradish & Yukon mashed potatoes
- Vegetarian - Portobello, shiitake & domestic mushrooms with spinach & tomatoes in puff pastry
Served with all entrees: Mixed Field Greens
Dessert: Assorted Divine Miniatures, served family style
No-host cocktail, wine and beer bar

Appetizers: Cocktail caprese salad skewers; spanakopita; almond chicken salad on endive spoon with lime cranberry relish

Information regarding
Boeing Museum of Flight Tours:
• Self-guided museum tour: Registration and payment for the March 15th 2012 PWC banquet includes free admission to the Museum of Flight on the day of the banquet, between 10 AM and 5 PM. Please check in at the main Museum desk, and state that you are a private event guest of PWC. They will give you a wrist band to wear for admission to the Museum.
• Docent-guided museum tour: Docent tours can be scheduled for the day of the banquet if there is sufficient demand. Anyone interested in a docent-guided tour, please contact Tara Campbell at phone (253)981-3886, or by e-mail to tcampbell1955@yahoo.com. Please note what time(s) you would be available for a guided tour. Guided tours will be arranged as space is available. Last guided tour start time is 4:00 PM, and all tours will be concluded by 5 PM. Sign-up deadline for guided tours is Friday, March 9th.
